How booking works
- Request to become a client. Fill out a short intake form so Kate can learn about you and your pets.
- Get approved. Kate reviews and approves new clients personally — this keeps service quality high.
- Book through your portal. Once approved, you self-schedule visits, message Kate, and pay invoices online.
- Try to book 2 weeks ahead to guarantee availability. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible (with a small fee).
